  • 1.1. No Refunds for Subscription Plans or Add-On Services: All payments made towards subscription plans and add-on services are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • 1.2. Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount is refundable after verification. Requests must be sent to [email protected] with transaction proof. Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
  • 1.3. Service Delivery Failures: If delivery fails due to technical or system issues solely on our side, we may provide refund or equivalent service credit after verification.
  • 1.4. Refund Request Procedure: Include registered email/user ID, payment transaction details, and issue description in your request.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 2.1. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation applies to future billing; current cycle remains non-refundable.
  • 2.2. Profile Deactivation or Deletion: Deactivation is temporary. Permanent deletion does not create refund entitlement for unused services.

3. Jurisdiction-Specific Exceptions

This policy complies with local consumer protection laws. If your jurisdiction grants mandatory cancellation or refund rights, those rights override this policy where applicable.

4. Dispute Resolution

Users must first seek resolution with VedicMarriage.com support. If unresolved, disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to courts in Odisha.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including disasters, restrictions, cyberattacks, pandemics, or similar events.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability related to refunds/cancellations is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Amendments to Policy

VedicMarriage.com may modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective on posting.
