We scrutinize profiles for abusive content and anything unrelated to marriage — including fun-or-friendship pitches. The goal is a high-quality database of people seeking marriage.
Privacy & member controls
You control who can see your full profile. Block members who keep contacting you after you decline, and report misuse so our team can review and act.

Human review
Support reviews the profile for authenticity, clarity, and marriage intent before it enters the matchmaking list.
Step 4
Email confirmation
When verification succeeds, you get an email. Until then, your profile is not shown as a verified match candidate.
What we expect from members
- Use the platform only for sincere marriage intent — not dating experiments, networking, or friendship-only outreach.
- Keep profile details accurate; spiritual practice, family, and lifestyle fields should reflect how you actually live.
- Respect privacy and consent when messaging — decline and block are valid outcomes.
- Report harassment, spam, fake profiles, or content that does not belong on a matrimony platform.

What criteria are used to verify a profile?
We verify profiles by ensuring the user is real through a real-time selfie and by confirming their identity with government-approved KYC documents. We reject invalid data and scrutinize profiles for abusive content or information unrelated to marriage.
Can I block someone who is spamming me?
Yes. If someone repeatedly sends requests after you have declined them, you can block that user. You can also report misuse for our team to review.
Are spiritual practice details verified the same way as identity?
Identity uses selfie and government ID. Spiritual practice, sampradaya, and lifestyle details are self-reported and best confirmed through conversation and, where relevant, mutual community connections.
